Why we're coming to Web Summit

AI has made building software dramatically faster. Teams now ship changes in hours that used to take weeks.

Validating whether people can actually use those changes hasn't sped up the same way. It still takes days or weeks to recruit participants, run sessions and make sense of the results.

So teams ship more, and check less.

That's the gap Synthers AI is built for. Web Summit brings together the AI-native teams, product leaders and builders who feel this problem most, and we want to hear how they're handling it.

What we'll be showing

Synthers AI runs synthetic users through real user journeys on prototypes and live websites. They surface likely usability blockers in minutes, before real users run into them.

At the booth, you'll see how that works in practice:

  • Personas see what a real visitor sees. Each synthetic user gets only the initial context and screenshots of the page. No HTML, no hidden information a normal user wouldn't have.
  • They work toward a goal. Instead of auditing every screen, a persona moves through the funnel the way a real person would, thinking aloud as it goes.
  • Different devices and regions. Run the same journey on desktop, tablet or mobile, from the EU or the US.
  • Findings that focus on what matters. Each simulation highlights the few most meaningful issues, not an endless checklist.

Synthers is designed as an extra validation cycle before real-user research, not a replacement for it. Synthetic users help you catch the obvious blockers fast, so your time with real users goes to the questions only they can answer.

  1. Send us the URL of your prototype or live website before Web Summit, ideally by Friday, 6 November.
  2. We'll run synthetic users through it ahead of time.
  3. We go through the findings together at the booth in Lisbon.
